1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer established in 1998, with over 10 years of experience exporting aluminum paste.
2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard packaging is 25 kg/drum.
- For most products, the MOQ is 1 kg.
- The regular commercial quantity is 25 kg (one drum).
- For certain high-value grades, we also accept orders as small as 500 g.
3. Can I request samples before placing an order? Are they free?
Yes, samples are available. Most samples are provided free of charge, but the shipping cost must be covered by the customer. Sample fees may apply for specific products—please contact us for details.
4. What shipping methods do you offer, and how long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location:
- By air: 3–7 working days via HKDHL, HKTNT, HKEMS, EMS, etc.
- By sea: 5–30 days, depending on the destination port.
5. How do you handle quality complaints?
All products undergo strict quality control (QC) inspection before shipment.
If a genuine quality issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will promptly resolve it by either replacing the goods or issuing a full refund, whichever best suits your needs.
