1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Anhui Boyan New Material Co., Ltd. was established in 2018, with our parent company, Jinan Bocai Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., having over 20 years of history in the industry.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 kg. For certain high-value products, we can accommodate smaller orders starting from 500 grams. Our typical packaging is 25 kg per drum.
3. Can I request samples before placing an order? Are they free?
Yes, we offer sample requests. Most samples are provided free of charge; however, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
4.Which ways you send the goods, how long will it take?
Depends on your location.
If by air, it's ranging from 3~7 work days by HKDHL, HKTNT, HKEMS, EMS etc.
If by sea, it's ranging from 5~30 days.
5. How do you handle quality complaints?
Quality control is our top priority. All export products undergo strict inspection by our QC department before shipment. Should a genuine quality issue arise due to our manufacturing, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prompt and satisfactory resolution, which may include resending the goods or issuing a refund.
