1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer established in 1998. We have been exporting aluminum paste for over 10 years.
2. What is your MOQ?
Our standard packaging is 20kg or 25kg per drum. Generally, the MOQ is 3kg for testing. For standard products, the MOQ is one drum (20kg or 25kg).
3. Can I get samples before placing an order? Are they free?
Yes, absolutely. Small quantities of samples are basically free of charge, but buyers are responsible for the freight cost.
4. What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
Delivery time depends on your location.
- By air (via HK DHL, HK TNT, HK EMS, etc.): typically 3 to 7 working days.
- By sea: typically 5 to 30 days.
5. How do you handle quality complaints?
