2. What’s your MOQ for VMP pigment?
The minimum order quantity is 100g, ideal for testing and small-batch applications.
3. Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. We offer 20g free samples of our liquid VMP mirror silver pigment. You only need to cover the shipping cost.
4. How do you ship the goods, and how long does it take?
We ship exclusively by air via international couriers such as FedEx, DHL, or TNT. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days.
If you have a freight forwarder in China, we can also send the goods to them free of charge.
5. How do you handle quality complaints?
All products are inspected before shipment. If a quality issue arises due to the product itself, we work directly with our manufacturing partners to resolve it promptly—via replacement or refund—to ensure your satisfaction.
